At the outset of the Action Planning process, Ference L&S conducts meetings with a company’s management team on a variety of goal-setting topics based on feedback assessment results. Integral are our SWOT analyses of organizations and departments (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). SWOT observations are categorized into Business Vitals (Key Technicals, Relationship Management and Big-Picture Strategies). The process culminates in the development of specific goals and objectives necessary for performance improvement.
