Peak Performance Mindset, a division of Ference Leadership and Strategy, works with organizational leaders and management to bring about a corporate philosophy of unity, teamwork and ultimate service to guests and customers. Through workshops, seminars, conferences and customized programs, training, development and educational resources are tapped to provide Alignment, Balance and Style to management personnel in their quest for peak performance.

Our clients include hotels, resorts, casinos, clubs, cruise lines, restaurants, retailers, sports marketers & developers and aviation companies who have been aided in being recognized for their achievements through awards such as the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and similar awards in six other countries. Our methods have been recognized for direct contribution to achieving awards that include: Employer of Choice, Best Human Resources and Employer of the Year.

Gene Ference, Ph.D. is a service-industry insider. His degrees in management and organizational development from Cornell University are backed by over 30 years of industry experience. In addition, he is certified in Change Management Leadership from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences. As an accomplished speaker and group facilitator, Gene routinely conducts strategy meetings, management workshops and leadership retreats. As an executive coach, he develops individual talent through one-on-one and small group initiatives. Programs focus on interpersonal communications, team dynamics, organizational alignment, customer engagement and the overall Peak Performance Mindset.

Inside staff include industry professionals who have worked with Ference Leadership and Strategy and Peak Performance Mindset for an average of over 16 years. With BS and MS degrees from American University and BS degrees from Cornell University and University of Bridgeport, on-site staff are able to coordinate and personally answer any program questions clients may have. Our team focuses on tailoring programs for each client's needs in order to exceed each client's expectations.

Dependent on the specific need, industry staff experts may be utilized to augment and assist in customized programs. No matter the length or breath of the program, clients can be assured of dynamic one-on-one service from all staff at Peak Performance Mindset.
